s. m, ugar-cane:—gehúṇ báhoṇ, dháṉ gáhoṇ ikh jáṉe kiṉ ráhoṇ. They plough (the land) for wheat, they thresh (by bullocks) the rice, who knows in what way the sugar-cane is looked after.
