s. f, large shrub (Zizyphus vunlgaris, and Z. nummularia, Nat. Ord. Rhamnæ.) common in the Panjab Himalaya. It also occurs in the Salt Range, and is occasional in gardens in the Panjab. The fruit is small and sour, but is eaten; i. q. Kokní ber.
