s. m, house, a house with mud roofs and walls; the upper story of a house; a storehouse, a granary; the belly, stomach (Vaidic term):—kotṭhe te chaṛh ke nachchṉá, v. n. lit. To dance on the roof of a house; to be shameless, to have no modesty:—koṭṭhá ussariá te tarkháṉ wissariá. lit. When his house was built, he forgot the carpenter.—Prov. used to express ingratitude after a man has attained his ends.—Prov.
