v. n. (Pot.), ) To lighten:—Present participle: gaṛbaṛá; Future: gaṛbaṛegá; Past participle: gaṛbaṛiá:—ná gajje ná gaṛbaṛe, ná uttar pachchham wá; ḍáṇd baleṭṛá kharch kar bíṇ ná gaṭhṛí pá. When it thunders not, nor lightens, and there is neither a west nor an east wind, sell bullock, yoke and plough, bind not up your seed to sow.
