s. m, Rose-water; a rose:—guláb dáṉí, pásh, s. f. A brazen or silver vessel from which rose-water is sprinkled on marriage or other joyful occasions:—Guláb Dásíá, s. m. A man belonging to the Gulab Das's sect, which was founded by Gulab Dass in the reign of Maharaja Ranjit Singh at Chathianwala, in the Lahore district. Gulab Dass held liberal views on religious matters, but inclined on the whole towards Pantheism:—guláb jámaṉ, s. f. A kind of sweetmeat.
