s. m. (M.), fireman, the man who feeds the fire while sugarcane juice is being boiled into guṛ:—jokhe dí jukháí hik sháhí guṛ te chár bukk chháí. The wages of a fireman are a quarter of a chhiṭáṇk of guṛ, and four handfuls of ashes.—Prov.
