s. m. f, l; dew; c. w. paiṉí:—tel chaṛháuṉá, v. a. To anoint the head, shoulders, hands and feet of the bride and bridegroom with oil mixed with turmeric and fragrant substances:—tel chaṛhṉá, v. n. To be performed the ceremony of tel chaṛháuṉá:—tel kaḍḍhṉá, v. a. To express oil:—tel nachoṛṉá, v. n. To express oil; to sweat; to labour very hard.
