a, ked, bare:—alif naṇgá, naṇgí, a. Naked as a new born child, stark-naked:—naṇgá, naṇgí karná, v. a. To strip, to take off one's clothing; to bare, to uncover:—naṇgá hoṉá, v. n. To be naked:—naṇgíṇ pairiṇ, a. Barefooted:—naṇgí talwár, s. f. lit. A drawn sword; a fearless person:—naṇgí naháwe kí nachoṛe kí. What is bathing to the naked pray, no clothes to wring out or aught have they.—Prov. used of a destitute person.
