s. f, adish (Raphanus sativus, Nat. Ord. Cruciferæ), commonly grown in the Panjab not only for the root, but for the young fruit (and leaves occasionally) used as a pot-herb. The seeds are used medicinally, being reckoned emmenagogue; the central root of a tree:—báránímúlí, s. f. See Mole.
