s. m, sweetmeat consisting of meal of chaṉá, múṇg, ghí and sugar made up into balls; also balls of meal of múṇgí mixed with salt, fried in ghí; balls of meals of chaṉá mixed with salt and spices fried in oil:—maṉ de laḍḍú phoṛṉe. Prov. the nearest equivalent of which in the English language is building of castles in the air.
