v. a. (M.), ) To cause to move; to plough, Present participle: waheṇdá; Future: wahesáṇ; Past participle: waháyá and wáṭhá:—hal waháwan, v. a. To drive a plough:—khúh waháwan, v. a. To work a well:—Sáwaṉ waháe, te Katteṇ raháe, te Poh piláe, gháṭá múl ná cháe. He who ploughs in Sáwaṉ, and sows in Katteṇ, and waters in Poh, will suffer absolutely no loss.—Prov.
