The Sixteen adjuncts to personal adornment, viz.—(1) tooth brush, (2) tooth powder, (3) cosmetic, (4) minium and (5) saffron for the forehead, (6) black antimony for the eyes, (7) spangles, (8) hair oil, (9) scent, (10) missí, a paint for the leps and teeth, (11) indigo for tattooing, (12) henna for the hands and feet, (13) flowers for the hair, (14) comb, (15) betel to redden the lips, (16) altá a red dye for paint.
