s. f, e, leather, skin:—chamṛí udheṛná, v. a. To beat so as to take off skin; to beat severely:—sukk ke chamṛá hoṉá, v. n. To dry so as to be like a skin; to dry extremely; to be lean and emaciated in the extreme; to waste so that nothing is left except skin and bones.
