s. m, e:—pássá laiṉá, v. n. To turn on the side:—pásse pai bhanṉe, v. n. To continue bruising one's sides (spoken of one who spends his time in lying idly on a chárpáí):—pássá, laiṉá, márná, v. n. To turn on one side:—Jaṭṭ dá hássá te garíb dá bhanṉe pássá. At the laugh of a Jáṭ an ordinary man's rib would break.—Prov. His laugh and wits are clumsy.
