a, caly, rough:—je míṇh barse Maghrí, bahutá kardá khuár; karaṇḍ kareṇdá háṛí Sáwaṉ det bigáṛ. If rain falls in the month of Maghar, it does much harm; it makes the (surface of the) spring soil scaly and spoils the autumn (crop).
