A debtor engages to work as a farm-servant for a creditor till the debt is liquidated. He receives only his diet; the other customary wages of farm-servants are credited to the debt:—gánheṇ rakkh te gánheṇ páwe, waḍḍe málik dí rann sadáwe. She pawns her property to wear jewels, that she may be called the wife of a great málik.
