s. m. (M.), ) A disease of crops. It occurs to Jvár at the end of Assú, and beginning of Kattak. It is attributed to excessive rain and the east wind. An insect eats the stalk at the junction with the ear and thus destroys it. Cattle eat the earless stalks which are called Takke, Tuklá or Tiklá.
