s. m, (Poṭ.) A partner, a friend;—sáṇghí chaṇgí je mile, sukh howe tis jáṉ; bháí khesh farjiṇd thíṇ, usdá waḍḍá máṉ. If a good partner is procured, the cultivator is comfortable, therefore pay him more respect than to a brother or a son.—Prov.
